Impact Activities are our youth-focused program.

Impact Activities are fun and engaging workshops, seminars and participatory activities where youth get to know themselves, make new friends, and develop strong personal and professional skills so they can prosper in today's world.

​

Impact Activities includes 10 activities that reflect our three core goals of personal and professional development, participation and engagement, and service.

​
Impact Activities promote adapting and putting heart-centered and 21st century skills into practice:

1) Self-awareness skills

 

2) Learning and Innovation Skills such as: critical thinking, communication, collaboration, creativity.

​

3) Life and Career Skills such as: flexibility, adaptability, initiative, self-direction, productivity, accountability, leadership and responsibility.

Three to four-day seminars that foster personal
leadership: communication skills, self-esteem,
healthy and loving relationships, personal
responsibility, commitment. A three-to-four day seminar on personal leadership for youth, providing tools that enable awareness of attitudes and behaviors

Workshops and motivational sessions that strengthen personal development and focuses on enabling young people to answer the question: who am I?

eXpresso Impact Lounge is a platform where young people can connect and share talents. eXpresso promotes positive engagement, talent sharing, and meaningful conversations to encourage social inclusion and feelings of belonging among young people.
