That’s why we offer engaging programs outside of school hours designed to help you connect with yourself, build confidence, and make decisions that align with your values. Whether you're 13 or 24, there’s something here for you.
What we offer youth
Workshops and Events
Throughout the year, we host public workshops and events for teens (13–17) and young adults (18–24) who want to grow, connect, and build skills for life. These sessions cover everything from mental well-being and healthy relationships to self-care, self-expression, and future-ready skills.
Each one is interactive, reflective, and designed to help you grow with heart — no pressure, just support.
We also bring our workshops to NGOs, youth groups, and sports clubs — making it easier for more young people to access safe spaces for growth, reflection, and connection.
VOX: Youth Podcast
Every young person has a story worth sharing.
VOX is a platform where youth come together to discuss real-life topics, reflect on everyday choices, and inspire one another through honest, heart-centered conversations.

Meet Dea!
Dea leads our community programs for youth with heart, intention, and deep care. With a background in Social Work and a bachelor’s thesis focused on the positive and negative influences on adolescent behavior, she brings insight, empathy, and real-world knowledge to every session
