Join our team

Heart-Centered Leadership Foundation believes that it takes a village to raise a child.

We start making our contribution to the community of Aruba by having a team of people with a focus on doing heart work. Our heart-centered approach is central to our work with and for youth, and thus we look for team members who can align with our vision, values and mission when it comes to our work in Aruba.
