Every teen deserves the chance to know themselves before the world tells them who to be. What Lights You Up? — Chase the Spark, Not the Hype is an engaging, interactive experience designed to support teens in finding their passions and making choices that align with who they really are.

This workshop helps teens:

• Build confidence to be proud of themselves, even when they stand out.

• Develop healthy boundaries by learning to say yes to joy and no to pressure.

• Make smart choices based on what’s right for them, not just what’s popular.
