Mindset Matters

PLEASE READ BELOW! A new school year can bring a lot with it: new expectations, more responsibilities, distractions, difficult decisions, and moments when things simply don’t go as planned. Mindset Matters is a workshop designed to help teens understand how the way they think can influence how they approach these everyday challenges. It’s not about always thinking positively; it’s about learning how to pause, think things through, and find healthier and more effective ways to move forward.

Through interactive activities, discussions, and practical exercises, teens will explore problem-solving, focus, decision-making, and resilient thinking. They’ll learn ways to work through challenges instead of feeling stuck, recognize and manage distractions, and discover simple tools they can use at school, at home, and in everyday situations.

Our goal is for teens to leave feeling more prepared to handle challenges, make thoughtful choices, and keep going when things get difficult.
