The I AM workshop assists you in (re)discovering your passion and purpose in life. In I AM you will look at your personal qualities and how these help you shape your mission and vision for your personal and professional life. Through reflective and one-on-one exercises you will learn more about the Heart-Centered approach and how to become heart-centered in everything that you do, and guiding you to establish your purpose, vision, mission and impact you want to make in your life.
