About the event
The two-part training titled 'I AM' is the start of a long-held goal for our foundation: having a group of trained older youth/young adults who will serve as mentors, peer coaches, and youth activity facilitators for Aruban youth.
During the first 4-hour training, the HCIC recruits worked in an interactive atmosphere where they learned more about the concept of heart-centered leadership, being heart-centered, and the virtues and principles of heart-centered leadership.
The candidates shared what qualities and principles they stood for and also shared what impact they want to achieve as a Heart-Centered Impact Coach.
