In our day to day life, it's incredibly easy to forget to take a moment for ourselves, but what if you could dedicate just 2 hours to experiencing self-compassion, clarity, and connection? Join us on Saturday, April 5 at HCLF's Club House (Teresita Center) to fill up your cup through meaningful conversations, journaling and other mindful activities that will help you reconnect with yourself.☕️✨
