Welcome to our teen workshop on emotional well-being! 

This session will help you feel your best and stay positive. We’ll share easy tips and fun activities to manage stress and lift your mood. 

You’ll learn cool ways to relax, think positively, and build inner strength. You’ll learn about healthy habits, self-care practices, and positive thinking. If you want to learn new skills and meet others, this workshop is for you.
